Urban Regeneration
Revitalising urban areas is a vital component in our work creating mixed communities and supporting government plans to build more new and affordable homes across the country.
English Partnerships is working in collaboration with local authorities and other stakeholders to bring the New Towns up-to-date and regenerate their town centres. We also work to regenerate specific urban areas of economic decline across the country through both Urban Regeneration Companies and Urban Development Corporations, including the Milton Keynes Partnership.
