Students are expected to attend all sessions, to study the 4 NEBS Management Super Series workbooks and are encouraged to complete an Assignment and work-based Assessments.

Subjects covered int eh course would include:

  • Team Leading
  • Communicating within teams
  • Delegation and people Motivation
  • Controlling Workflows
  • Course Objectives and implementation


Courses are often run on a continuous basis subject to demand and availability of funding. Three months study.
