Consultants' panels and term consultants

English Partnerships maintains a number of consultants´ panels and term consultants to deliver its regeneration and development programmes on a timely basis.

Selection of panels and term consultants

Our panels are a mixture of individuals (or a consortium of individual consultants) small to medium-sized firms, partnerships, large firms and PLCs. However, many of our projects require the skills base and professional indemnity protection that only a large firm can provide. Each tender opportunity describes the minimum insurance and skill requirements required.

Panel firms and individuals are sourced through a competitive tender process at regular intervals, usually for four years. The panel tender process is subject to English Partnerships´ procurement rules.

Within information relating to specific panels we have provided details of the contracted period of each panel. Re-tendering of panels will be advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) or appropriate trade journals.

Prospective tenderers are advised to use the search facility via the OJEU Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) website or subscribe to a tender search company specialising in this field.

Unsolicited information from suppliers and consultants

Potential suppliers and consultants are requested to refrain from sending unsolicited details of their goods, services and skills to English Partnerships, as we are unable to retain this information.

Many of English Partnerships’ panels have been procured on the basis that any can be used by our partner organisations for example. URCs, UDCs, RDA, the Hosing Corporation, Local Authorities, the Olympic Delivery Authority and the London Organising Committee of the Olympic games.

Partner Organisation who wish to access English Partnerships’ panels should contact consultantpanels@englishpartnerships.co.uk for further information. Partners will be required to sign up to an agreement with English Partnerships in order to use English Partnerships’ panel.
